Excellent book, must get the hard copy now too. So many great ideas and what to dos and not to dos… half wish I came across this before but if you didn’t, like me … there’s always time to take these great ideas and make them work in your vehicle Top quality and informative, good examples, good ideas, great work ole boy.

We are loving the ebook. It is the best advice we have been given. Its well laid out, easy to understand, logical and well illustrated. Well done. We’ll be using this for many many years to come.

Great for planning and building a van (or just inspiration!). Really beautifully presented with a ton of technical information that takes you through every little step but also lots of things to inspire you and prepare you for vanlife. I especially love the case studies of other vans including design layouts, has been invaluable in planning the layout.

This is a worthy addition to the canon of van conversion books (of which I have several). The advantage of this one is that it is more comprehensive than many of the others and offers more of the practical guidance that is lacking in some of the books - there are inspirational photos but they’re not some mush the point of the book. I’m part way through a conversion and there are certainly things in here that I’ll be using and things I wish I’d known before (skylights on ridged roofs!!!!). Alongside all of this good stuff, I have just the one quibble which is a photo of gluing on a window where the beading hasn’t been started at the bottom of the window - the professional refitting my failed attempt said that not starting at the bottom was the number one cause of leaks.

Having converted 2 vans now this book is a great read and a usefull tool for the van converter from novice to experienced .also a great reference for all aspects of a van build.

This book is much more than a manual about how to convert a van into a camper. It's a manual showing you how to live a better life! It is truly inspiring! It's also beautifully designed and presented, so the reading experience is a pure pleasure! I'm half way through this book and I feel compelled to tell the world what a true treasure this book is. Converting your own camper is no easy task, but somehow the author has managed to take our hand and guide us carefully through the process step by step in a very logical progression. I can highly recommend this book, it answers almost every question that might occur to you as you begin your van conversion, it also answers many questions you never even knew to ask!

The book has been the missing piece in the puzzle for our soon-to-be van conversion. It gives detail guidance and pictures for everything that you'd want, including how to cut and fit windows, breaking down electrical system guidance and questions to ask when buying your van! It doesn't overwhelm you with information and the content is broken down into perfect steps. I particularly love the electricity chapter. We really want to invest and get a good electric set-up for our van without paying a specialist and this book gives us the tools for exactly this. If you're about to convert a van then this is the book to get! It's made creating an accurate budget really easy, which has meant taking the leap is just that little bit easier. You won't regret it!

On first reading, looks to be very comprehensive and detailed and looking forward to reading it in more detail. Nice to see examples of other conversions and plenty of food for thought. We converted our van a few years ago and currently looking into installing solar panels so that section in particular will be especially interesting. Van builds are a project that never really end 😂 always something new that adds to your comfort or convenience This is a great book for inspiration and practical advice whether you are starting out on your conversion or updating what you already have
